Today Oboxmedia proudly announced an exclusive agreement with Mashable, the leading media company for the Connected Generation and the voice of digital culture, to help expand the publisher’s commercial opportunities with brand partners in Canada.

Mashable, which currently reaches over 35 million unique visitors per month globally and over 18 million social followers, has been expanding its international presence both editorially and commercially, recently expanded to Australia and will soon be opening an office in the UK.

Led by Updata Partners, Mashable closed its $14 million Series A capital raise in February. The funding continues to be used to bolster it editorial operations, grow its global audience, develop new technology products, and enhance its advertising offerings, as well as open a new office in London and a larger headquarters in New York City, which will both take place later this year.
